Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-09

Nature of the offering

Specaria products are licensed software, not a hosted service. Specaria does not process customer data. Customers install, operate, and integrate the products inside their own environment under their own operational control.

Preview builds

Preview builds are provided as-is. There is no uptime SLA during Public Preview. Built-in scale limits are intentional and documented per product on the corresponding product page.

License terms

Licenses issued through the customer portal are time-limited, non-transferable, and granted to the legal entity that registered on the portal. License JWTs verify offline against a public JWKS endpoint; revocation lists are published on the same JWKS host.

Customer obligations

The customer agrees:

  • Not to use Specaria products for illegal purposes.
  • To maintain adequate security controls in their own environment.
  • To comply with the export control and sanctions regimes that apply to the customer's jurisdiction.
  • Not to redistribute, sublicense, or resell Specaria products without explicit written agreement.

Intellectual property

Specaria products and all platform materials (including documentation, brand assets, and source code) are Specaria's intellectual property. The customer receives a license, not ownership.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, to whose jurisdiction the parties consent.

Limitation of liability

Specaria's aggregate liability is capped at the license fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Preview-stage licenses are free; the cap during preview is therefore zero.

Changes to these terms

We will publish material changes to these terms on this page. Continued use of the products after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
